Every client relationship starts with understanding your unique needs and challenges through a 15 minute discovery call. Through this consultation, we will gain insight into your business and goals, and exactly how we can best serve you.
Our initial proposal is reviewed and agreed upon, defining the scope of work and time investment. A service agreement will be provided with an outline of your chosen package.
Clear objectives are essential for success. We work with you through regular correspondence to develop a customized strategy and define milestones that align with your vision.
This is where we get to work! We take on the agreed upon tasks and projects. Virtual check-ins will be scheduled twice per month to ensure you receive the support you need.

Regular evaluation and fine-tuning the strategy is imperative to your growth. We want to know what's working well, what could be better, and any fresh ideas you want to implement.
At the end of our agreed upon time-frame, you'll have the option to keep us on your team with our continuity services through a retainer framework.
